Karl Straub, my former band mate in Honky Tonk Heart.

I learned sooooo much from that guy!!! Whew.

What a lovely tune. The steel is perfect.

I heard someone once describe the sound of Vince Gill’s voice as being “like a warm bath wrapping around you.” I would say this song and that vocal delivery captures a good bit of that mojo.

Karl is a good man, songwriter and musician, in no particular order. I was in attendance at the first public appearance of the Grave Robbers.
